Papers addressing Water Distribution, Sewer (Collection), Sustainable Urban Drainage and related Water Systems are welcome.

• Once you have received an email from ccwi@sheffield.ac.uk confirming that your abstract has been accepted, please follow the steps below to submit your conference paper. 

• Abstract acceptance emails will be sent out from 22nd April 2025 (corresponding to the extended abstract submission deadline).

• The deadline for paper submission is 1st July 2025.

• Download the paper template here and complete your paper according to the template (minimum 4 pages, maximum 6 pages, including references, figures, etc.).

• The presenting author must register for the conference before submitting the paper.

• Email your completed paper to ccwi@sheffield.ac.uk as an editable Word Document and with your abstract reference number as the file name (e.g. "A199.docx").

• Complete the paper submission form here.  This form collects information to assist with production of the conference programme.

• If you have had more than one abstract accepted, please complete the form for each paper you submit.

• If you have any difficulties accessing the paper template or submission form, please contact ccwi@sheffield.ac.uk.

• Once submitted, your paper will be checked for formatting compliance (you may be asked to make changes) then published with a unique DOI shortly before the conference.

• Authors working in industry will receive alternate instructions in their abstract acceptance email.

• Each presenter may present no more than three presentations.

• The conference organisers support the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in research, however, if you have used AI in your work please acknowledge this and cite the use of AI where appropriate. Authors are held responsible for work submitted to the conference, regardless of the involvement of AI.
